Botejyu is opeing its 8th branch in Singapore on the 3rd floor "Japanese Gourmet Town 23" inside the NEX Shopping Centre.

This restaurant is located in the newly-opened NEX shopping mall in the residential area Serangoon within the North East region of Singapore which opened in November 2010. This shopping mall consists of a wide range of shops from restaurants, boutiques, drug stores, variety stores, interior décor shops and an entertainment floor.

Botejyu's Osaka Okonomiyaki Flavor Secret Sauce Furikake is now available for purchase at souvenir shops in the Osaka's Dodonbori shopping arcade.

This furikake imaged after Botejyu's okonomiyaki will become available in other stores in Osaka city as well as in souvenir shops in Shin Osaka Station and Osaka Station, Itami Airport, Kansai International Airport and Kobe Airport, and Expressway service areas (Meishin, Nichi-Meihan, Hanwa) for 600 yen (tax included) each.

Botejyu’s Akasaka branch has joined the public wireless LAN service “Softbank Wi-Fi Spots”.

"Softbank Wi-Fi spots" is a public wireless LAN provided by the Softbank Mobile. It allows high speed internet services for Softbank Wii-Fi compatible cellular phones after after completing appropriate settings.

Botejyu's original white mayonnaise is now available in the Osaka area for 380 yen at 6 locations: Botejyu's Main Restaurant in Dodonbori, Kanku Branch, Shinosaka Station Branch, Tenpozan Branch, Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens Branch and Botejyu Express' Machiyokoji Branch.

This mayonnaise is great with okonomiyaki and yakisoba, as well as with takoyaki and salads. Both our original mayannaise and special okonomiyaki sauce can be purchased at the above-mentioned branches.

Botejyu's main restaurant was introduced as one "Kansai's Onomatopee Culture" in Kansai Television's News program, "Super News Anchor". Onomatopee is the French term for words such as "atsu atsu (steaming hot dishes)" and "goku goku (the gulping sound of beer)" that imitates the source of the sound that it describes. Our restaurant name, Botejyu, is also given as an example of onomatopee or onomatopoeia, consisting of the flipping sound "bote" and the sizzling sound "jyu".

Botejyu opened its 7th branch in Singapore, Botejyu IMM Branch, on the first floor of the mega-size IMM shopping center.

This branch is located inside the IMM shopping center in the Jurong East residential area. This shopping center is widely-known in Singapore for having over 100 shops including a supermarket, designer brand shops, furniture and kitchenware shops and interior shops as well as a large-scale parking facility.

Botejyu's "Teppan-yakisoba Okonomiyaki Flavor" and "Teppan-yakisoba Soy Sauce Flavor" are now being sold by Toyo Suisan Corporation. The "Teppan-yakisoba Okonomiyaki Flavor" has a sweet and spicy flavor brought out by the fruit juice and the "Teppan-yakisoba Aromatic Soy Sauce Flavor" uses bonito flake and squid to enhance the taste of soy sauce. Both yakisoba use our special medium thick noodles with firmness and elasticity.

Botejyu's "Takoyaki Gyoza" is now being sold nationwide by Toyo Suisan Corporation. Takoyaki Gyoza is a new type of gyoza (dumpling) with octopus and red pickled ginger stuffing and flavored like a Takoyaki.
