Botejyu’s “Teppan-yakisoba” Sold Nationwide by Toyo Suisan Corporation


Botejyu’s “Teppan-yakisoba Okonomiyaki Flavor” and “Teppan-yakisoba Soy Sauce Flavor” are now being sold by Toyo Suisan Corporation. The “Teppan-yakisoba Okonomiyaki Flavor” has a sweet and spicy flavor brought out by the fruit juice and the “Teppan-yakisoba Aromatic Soy Sauce Flavor” uses bonito flake and squid to enhance the taste of soy sauce. Both yakisoba use our special medium thick noodles with firmness and elasticity.

Botejyu’s “Takoyaki Gyoza” Sold Nationwide by Tokyo Suisan Corporation

Botejyu’s “Takoyaki Gyoza” is now being sold nationwide by Toyo Suisan Corporation. Takoyaki Gyoza is a new type of gyoza (dumpling) with octopus and red pickled ginger stuffing and flavored like a Takoyaki.

Botejyu Express Nikke Colton Plaza Branch Introduced in Living Funabashi & Narashino

Botejyu Express’ Nikke Colton Plaza branch was introduced in the February 27th issue of the free newspaper, Living Funabashi & Narashino, published by Sankei Living Shimbun.
In the “Food Court Gourmet” section, our Negi-yaki Modern was listed as one of the “Delicious Food Items” found by one of their readers. This dish is made with our homemade thick, firm noodles wrapped in our secret batter pancake and egg omelet. It is topped with lots of fresh Kansai spring onions.

Opening of Botejyu Express Senju Mildix Branch

Our second Botejyu Express branch in Tokyo opened in the “Mildix Food Court” located on the first floor of the Senju Mildix Shopping Complex directly linked to Senju Station in Adachi-ku, Tokyo.

Botejyu Named as the Pioneer for Niigata’s Local Specialty Yakisoba “Italian” by Mainichi Newspaper (Niigata Edition)

Botejyu was introduced in Mainichi Newspaper Niigata Edition’s feature article on Niigata soul food. The article names Botejyu’s yakisoba as the origin for the local specialty, Yakisoba “Italian”, which is thick noodle yakisoba with meat sauce.
