Our philosophy at Botejyu San is to offer our customers authentic cooking centered around our specialty dishes, Okonomiyaki, teppan-yaki and sumibi-yaki (charcoal grill). Our original San menu incorporates the attractive elements of both Japanese and Western cooking, with all dishes being magically prepared in our open kitchen.
